About the role

  • Drive awareness of Crunchtime’s products with restaurant chain leaders
  • Consult with restaurant leaders to identify business problems and opportunities
  • Generate interest in products and convert prospects to introductory meetings
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set meetings for Account Executives via cold calling and cold emailing
  • Attend industry events
  • Follow up with interested leads to discover needs and convert to meetings
  • Leverage LinkedIn for social selling, connect with prospects, and use SalesNav
  • Use marketing campaigns to engage prospects
  • Use Gong Engage for prospecting tasks, AI-assisted email copywriting, and call reviews
  • Use Salesforce to manage territory and re-engage contacts
  • Use dashboards and reports to prioritize high-potential leads
  • Collaborate with team weekly to strategize and share best practices
  • Apply sales techniques such as multi-threading, storytelling, mirroring, labeling, objection handling
  • Meet monthly quotas for qualified meetings and quarterly quotas for opportunities created

Requirements

  • Strong desire to be in sales

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams (sales, product, customer success)
  • Ability to speak with VP and C-Level Executives and influence them
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, and consistently strives for excellence
  • Seeks opportunities to learn and develop their skillset outside of formal training/enablement
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly
  • Values hard work and fast-paced environments
  • Active listening skills and ability to pick up on tonality and read between the lines

  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, LinkedIn/SalesNav, ZoomInfo (bonus)
  • Previous experience in restaurants (bonus)
  • Sales internship or degree in sales (bonus)
  • Previous experience in sales (bonus)
