About the role
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems related to Microsoft Intune.
- Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
- Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database.
- Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams or personnel.
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.
- Manage and monitor devices connected to the organization’s network using Microsoft Intune.
- Create and manage policies for devices and applications to ensure they meet the organization’s security standards.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other systems and applications.
- Conduct regular audits and generate reports on device usage, performance, and security.
- Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer support role
- Strong knowledge of MDM, MAM (Microsoft Intune)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
