• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems related to Microsoft Intune.
• Resolve user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for the handling of support cases.
• Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the problem management database.
• Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate teams or personnel.
• Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.
• Manage and monitor devices connected to the organization’s network using Microsoft Intune.
• Create and manage policies for devices and applications to ensure they meet the organization’s security standards.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with other systems and applications.
• Conduct regular audits and generate reports on device usage, performance, and security.
• Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed.
