HR Advisor

Production Engineer

• Providing problem-solving leadership on electrical technical matters relating to food can and end performance
• Design of Electrical Systems, Management of the installation, testing and hands on commissioning of the installations
• Developing full documentation package of new and existing installations
• Continued support of new installations and plants until production efficiencies and goals are met
• Specifying of electrical materials, soliciting of quotations and working with the purchasing department to procure materials required to support the installation
• Developing scope of work, identifying qualified contractors, soliciting bids to same and selecting the best qualified by cost and ability
• Work with corporate purchasing requirements to request and receive purchase orders for equipment and suppliers
• Support plants and personnel as required to identify production problems or issues, identify viable solutions and implement the same
• Manage time and project costs to ensure on time completion within budget
• Develop job completion schedules and monitor their progress
• Guide, support and train plant electrical teams
• Mentor and coach technical staff and engineers
• Extensive travel (Up to 80%) will be required

Senior Manager, Production Engineering – Electrical

Controller

• Managing the receipt, upload, distribution and filing of all project documentation
• Maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple projects
• Uploading and managing documents on internal systems (e.g. Procore) and external client platforms (Asite, Aconex, etc.)
• Tracking drawings, technical submittals and documents issued for review or approval
• Ensuring all documentation complies with company and project-specific standards
• Coordinating document flow between internal teams, clients and subcontractors
• Issuing and tracking RFIs and responses
• Downloading and distributing information from external client portals
• Supporting QA processes and maintaining accurate document records
• Assisting with O&M manuals and As-Built documentation
• Supporting project teams with timely issue of site information

Document Controller

• Supports managers, maintaining accurate HR systems
• Ensures policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the business
• Confident managing HR systems and payroll data
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate employee records
