About the role
- Enhance and optimize operational workflows and processes for the Office of CIO
- Translate business needs into well-defined requirements and design efficient workflows
- Leverage Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau to drive process improvements and enable data-driven decision making
- Gather and document business requirements for IT processes and workflows
- Design and optimize workflows across Workboard and JIRA platforms
- Create insightful Tableau dashboards for OKR and metrics
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance tool adoption
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with teams to optimize OKR tracking and reporting
- Create or maintain a workboard champion/coach community
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Strong expertise in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience with Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau from a user perspective
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Strong process mapping and workflow design skills
- Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity industry
- Bonus: Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices
- Bonus: Experience with Agile methodologies
- Bonus: Background in OKR implementation and tracking
