About the role

  • Manage all incoming operations requests via our internal ticketing system, partnering with campaign and field marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-time execution.
  • Build and launch emails, landing pages, registration workflows (e.g., CrowdCasts, Splash pages, Knak) and follow-ups, ensuring flawless execution via Marketo.
  • Own and maintain the Europe & META email calendar, collaborating across teams to optimize timing, prioritization, and segmentation strategy.
  • Collaborate with field and campaign marketers to define the right audiences, build accurate segmentation lists, and ensure strong campaign performance.
  • Act as an advanced Marketo user (certified or working toward certification), with solid experience in Knak, Splash, and related campaign tools.
  • Track and report on campaign performance (email metrics, marketable database trends, etc.) and present insights to regional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and internal governance practices.
  • Act as an operational consultant to regional teams—championing best practices, finding solutions, and helping marketers elevate their campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles in a B2B or tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred or willingness to become certified).
  • Hands-on experience with Knak, Splash, Zoom, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, 6sense, and segmentation tools is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-based workflow.
  • A can-do attitude and collaborative mindset—comfortable being the go-to person for campaign execution and operational troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven with strong attention to detail and passion for getting things right.
