About the role

  • Lead global procurement function driving strategic transformation and operational excellence. Oversee full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, vendor management, sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiation, payment processing, T&E governance, and AP operations. Drive procurement transformation, spend analytics, supplier programs, and sustainable sourcing. Negotiate terms, manage vendor performance, onboard suppliers, and advance ESG objectives. Ensure timely invoice/payment processing; partner with finance to streamline approvals and reporting. Implement T&E tools; drive AP automation, SOX and global regulatory compliance; optimize working capital and payment governance. Design/manage corporate travel programs; ensure T&E compliance and safety; manage large scale company events. Lead and develop Procurement and Global Business Services AP team; collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and stakeholders to support procurement needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred. 15 +years of progressive experience in procurement, with 8+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing accounts payable operations, payment systems, expense reporting, travel programs, and vendor lifecycle. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and project leadership skills with a record of closing high-value global deals that deliver substantial savings through executive-level influence. Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Concur, NetSuite).
