About the role
- Delivering the day-to-day implementation of retail media campaigns for key clients, ensuring performance is optimised to meet targets
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of client budgets, ensuring accurate pacing and financial hygiene
- Utilising industry-leading platforms such as Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, and Amazon Marketing Cloud to execute and measure campaigns
- Responsible for ensuring that all of your client accounts adhere to retail media best practice, monitoring and managing all hygiene factors
- Providing comprehensive campaign reporting and measurement on the effectiveness of all activity
- Ensuring all client reports are delivered on-time and to a high standard of accuracy
- Analysing campaign data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for performance improvement
- Sharing learnings and results with the wider Retail Media, Programmatic, Paid Social, PPC, and Analytics teams to drive performance and efficiencies
- Shape retail media best practices and create scalable, efficient processes to support the team’s growth
- Stay ahead of the curve on new market tools, platforms, and retail media opportunities to enhance client strategies and our product offering
- Delegate and manage tasks through the Croudie Network to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
- Share insights on industry trends and innovations with the wider team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing with strong retail media knowledge (Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud)
- Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into optimised campaigns and measurable results
- Skilled at managing client budgets, expectations, and delivering campaigns that hit targets
- Confident working with a variety of stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable campaigns
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach, able to mentor junior colleagues and work across teams
- Curious and proactive, staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and opportunities
- Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused agency environment with a mix of technical, commercial, and strategic responsibility
