Lead, motivate, coach, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including exploration of career development plans for all direct reports.
Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Collecting, verifying, and entering employee and payroll data into the payroll system, and updating records for changes in status, transfers, or new hires.
Preparing various payroll reports for human resources and finance departments, including summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and year-end statements.
Develop and maintain cash flow models, both direct and indirect, to predict future cash positions and identify potential shortfalls or surpluses.
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities within working capital management to improve cash flow.
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity

Requirements
High school diploma / GED (or higher)
Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
Trained in conflict management
Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

(PREFERRED) Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
(PREFERRED) 2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
(PREFERRED) Strong IT skills, including database development
