About the role
- The End of Term Finance Analyst will play a critical role in managing the termination phase of customer lease agreements.
- Responsible for reconciling contract details at termination, ensuring accuracy in financial and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate termination instructions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile and validate contracts at termination to ensure accuracy in billing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues to minimize financial and operational risk.
- Communicate termination instructions clearly to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all termination activities for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide insights and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in end-of-term operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and reconcile financial or contractual information with accuracy and clarity
- Proven track record of maintaining high attention to detail and effectively identifying and resolving data or process discrepancies
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced work environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a history of effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in financial analysis
- Knowledge of GAAP and lease accounting principles
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and ERP systems (SAP)
