About the role
- Own the full sales cycle end to end, from sourcing and outbound to closing and expansion.
- Proactively discover and engage crypto-native fintechs.
- Lead sales efforts specifically around fiat to crypto onramps, stablecoin rails, and wallet infrastructure.
- Close complex, high-impact deals ranging from early stage pilots to multi-year strategic contracts.
- Act as a trusted partner to founders, product leaders, and engineers.
- Build long-term relationships across the crypto payments and fintech ecosystem.
- Develop deep product and technical knowledge, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
- Feed market, customer, and competitive insights back into GTM strategy and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Deeply crypto-native
- Chronically online and highly plugged into crypto Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and founder communities.
- Actively tracks new startups, infra providers, and payment trends before they hit mainstream awareness.
- Comfortable speaking fluently about stablecoins, wallets, onramps, compliance, and crypto payments.
- Experienced in fintech and payments.
- Background in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of fiat rails, KYC, compliance, and payment flows.
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close meaningful B2B deals in fast-moving environments.
- Experience selling to founders, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal structure.
- Uses AI and modern tooling to scale prospecting, follow-ups, and deal execution.
- Comfortable diving into APIs, architecture discussions, and implementation details.
