About the role
- Engage clients in Dutch and English, driving business development and lead qualification in a remote position
- Generate and qualify B2B leads in the Dutch market using outbound and inbound channels
- Build pipeline forecasts and maintain accurate sales records
- Present product or service value propositions clearly via digital sales tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and improve conversion rates
- Use proven sales methodologies to develop expertise and improve conversion
- Participate in onboarding and relocation processes as required
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (C1+)
- Strong English skills (B2 or higher)
- At least 2 years of sales experience in digital advertising, SaaS, or business development
- Proactive mindset and results-oriented attitude
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable working remotely with strong self-management
- Ability to generate and qualify B2B leads in the Dutch market
- Competitive monthly base salary, plus a target quarterly bonus of just over €1000.
