About the role
- Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account or technical issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and perform timely follow-ups
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- German: C2 / native-level
- English: B2 or higher
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
- Flexibility to work onsite or remotely, including shift work (Monday–Sunday, project-dependent)
- Willingness to relocate to Athens at least one week before starting work (for onsite positions)
