About the role

Requirements
- Native or fluent German (C1–C2 level) and good command of English (B2 or higher).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service.
- EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
