About the role
- Handle inbound customer requests in Dutch via phone, email, or chat

Requirements
- Dutch level B2+ or higher (spoken and written)
- Good English level for internal communication
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
- Willingness to work on-site in Athens or remotely from Greece
