About the role
- Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide quick and accurate solutions with a friendly, empathetic approach

Requirements
- French (C2 or higher)
- English (minimum B2)
- Experience in customer support
- Ability to resolve service- or account-related issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
