Requirements
- Spanish (B2-C1) written skills
- English (B2) for tools, training, and team communication
- Customer service experience (in any field)
- Based in or near Porto, Portugal (on-site only)
- Available to start immediately
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including potential night shifts
- Comfortable with email and chat support (no phone calls)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, eager to grow
