About the role

  • Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients across the EMEA region
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for companies exploring digital growth solutions
  • Proactively generate and qualify sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and CRM activity
  • Reach daily and weekly targets in line with KPIs and sales goals
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of potential customers and identify high-potential accounts
  • Educate businesses on available marketing and cloud-based solutions
  • Conduct outbound outreach to C-level decision-makers to understand business needs
  • Align prospects’ challenges with relevant digital solutions using a consultative approach
  • Accurately maintain client information in Salesforce and track the full sales cycle
  • Contribute to team goals and actively support a collaborative team environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • C2 / C1 proficiency in German
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (preferably in tech or digital environments)
  • Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Good understanding of IT or cloud-based solutions (knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus)
  • Motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Nice to have: 1+ year experience in outbound sales or tech industry; experience with cold calling and high-volume outreach; previous use of Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms; ability to identify key stakeholders; understanding of European digital market and sales cycles
