About the role

  • Identify, prioritise, and execute high-potential growth initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Research, test, and scale what works, documenting the playbook as you go
  • Define the strategy, messaging, and operational model for the most promising growth levers
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure initiatives are data-driven and aligned with business goals
  • Measure and optimise the ROI of your initiatives tied to growth insights or revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS or agentic growth marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling "0→1" initiatives
  • Experience in partnerships, co-marketing, or new channel development is a plus
  • Strong analytical, relationship-building, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue from net-new initiatives
  • You've built playbooks where none existed before
  • Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
