About the role
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
- Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback
- Assist with daily retail operations including POS management and stock room management
- Oversee store-wide operations in partnership with Store Manager
- Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge about current product initiatives
- Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures
- Model best practices and partner with Store Management to drive sales performance
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in store leadership roles
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
- Proven track record of inspiring and empowering teams
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required
