About the role
- End-to-end management of the sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent for assigned open positions.
- Partner with HR and Operations to champion a workplace where Associates thrive, driving internal mobility, succession planning, and innovative talent pipeline solutions.
- Act as the liaison between external recruiting partners and the Operations Team to assure contingent labor meets operational needs.
- Deliver outstanding candidate experience by conducting digital recruitment, upholding job posting integrity, and ensuring a detailed interview process.
- Create and implement sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and networks.
- Contribute to broader talent initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, community presence, and local campus recruitment efforts.
- Provide occasional support for regional hiring needs and strengthen Crocs' talent presence across the North America supply chain team.
Requirements
- 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
- Ability to support 15 – 20 requisitions concurrently.
- End-to-end recruitment experience, from sourcing to offer.
