About the role
- Lead and guide a team of store managers across a designated geographic area
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to ensure stores meet sales goals and brand standards
- Drive performance by adapting goals and processes to align with corporate objectives and store needs
- Lead, mentor, and support store leadership to achieve operational excellence and sales targets
- Supervise and evaluate store performance, implementing adjustments to sales goals and operational strategies
- Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines while delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Collaborate with corporate teams to develop and implement district-level initiatives
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide regular performance reports and recommend actionable improvements for underperforming stores
- Foster a positive environment that inspires store teams and encourages a culture of accountability
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-6 years of retail management experience
- 2-4 years of multi –unit management experience
- Validated experience in retail management leading multiple locations or teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to improve store performance
- Familiarity with budget management, sales forecasting, and P&L responsibility
- Ability to travel within the assigned district as needed
