About the role

  • Open requisitions with high-quality, attractive content to maintain a streamlined hiring process, enable search success and attract top talent.
  • Schedule complex sets of interviews, coordinating with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates to provide an outstanding candidate experience and ensure successful outcomes for open roles.
  • Host on-site interviews, serving as an ambassador for our brands while delivering a wonderful experience for visiting candidates.
  • Coordinate and book candidate travel arrangements with high-touch approach, ensuring a fantastic visit, excellent logistics, and operational excellence.
  • Assist in co-facilitating bi-weekly New Hire Orientation.
  • Build and compile complex employment offers and distribute to candidates and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the summer internship program by coordinating and facilitating intern activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement world-class recruitment practices.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, balancing complexity, deadlines, and changing needs while demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Outstanding ability to stay organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively, within deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and a dedication to helping to solution problems for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems, such as SuccessFactors, Paradox, etc.
  • Demonstrated excellence in learning agility, with past success learning new tools, software, systems, and processes.
