About the role
- Lead end-to-end digital strategy across web, lifecycle/CRM, paid media, and product-led growth
- Build strategic, cross-channel roadmaps that connect company goals to sequenced initiatives
- Incorporate consumer behaviors with LLMs into strategies
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders
- Champion alignment across client and internal teams
- Grow, retain, and develop strategists
- Lead strategy for complex onboardings and major pivots
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital strategy or growth strategy
- Agency or consulting experience is a must
- Proven ability to build enterprise-level digital roadmaps tied to business objectives
- Strong understanding of analytics and leveraging data insights to inform strategies
- Executive presence and comfort leading high-stakes strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- People leadership experience, including hiring, providing feedback, coaching, and guiding staffing/hiring decisions.
