• Support strategic experimentation programs across a portfolio of clients
• Help craft well-structured, data-informed hypotheses and prioritize testing ideas
• Partner with Growth Strategists and Program Managers to ensure tests are properly set up and documented
• Pull and analyze performance metrics from web analytics and experimentation platforms
• Translate experiment outcomes into actionable insights with Growth Strategist support
• Contribute to client calls, supporting agenda items and presenting smaller sections with guidance
• Assist in developing Quarterly Strategic Templates (QSTs) by gathering key data and supporting narrative building
• Participate in onboarding of new clients by documenting goals and supporting internal setup
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
• Contribute to internal initiatives, research, and case study development
