Key responsibilities & impact

Translate strategy and creative direction into polished designs at pace

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of relevant experience for the Production level
5–8+ years of relevant experience for the Senior level
Strong Figma proficiency
Experience in UI/UX design or digital production design
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage volume across multiple concurrent deliverables
Receptive to feedback
Experience with conversion-focused design
Clear communication skills
Self-directed and reliable
