About the role
- Drive commercial growth in Europe
- Manage and close high-value strategic accounts across Europe
- Lead complex sales cycles with multi-location clinics
- Run discovery calls, demos, and commercial discussions
- Deliver business-focused presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Maintain a strong, qualified pipeline
- Report and forecast accurately in CRM
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in Europe
- Experience in SaaS, medical technology, healthcare, or other specialised markets
- Strong background in consultative, value-based selling
- Experience working with enterprise or multi-site customers
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading colleagues is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
