Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for sponsor organizations throughout the Central eSource project lifecycle.
• Lead structured discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with sponsor stakeholders to define project scope, workflow expectations, and integration requirements.
• Drive ongoing sponsor discussions to surface change requirements, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum.
• Proactively identify when sponsor decisions require escalation and ensure the appropriate CRIO leadership is engaged at the right moments.
• Represent CRIO in sponsor-facing discussions requiring high-level operational insight, maintaining confidence through clear and professional communication at all stages.
• Serve as the operational lead across all active and planned studies within assigned sponsor organizations.
• Standardize workflows, templates, documentation, and communications across a sponsor’s study portfolio.
• Lead, guide and support Lead Enterprise Study Managers (LESMs) and Enterprise Study Designers (ESDs) with operational guidance and prioritization alignment across competing timelines.
• Proactively manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution across the sponsor portfolio.
• Define and document operational workflows, data capture logic, integration touchpoints, and role-based access structures for each sponsor project.

Enterprise Solutions Lead – Study Operations

Designer

• Utilize protocols, eCRF guidelines, pharmacy manuals, lab manuals, and other source documents to produce comprehensive builds for clients.
• Interpret Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets for configuration in the CRIO finance module.
• Design visit schedules and procedures for CTMS-only studies.
• Complete client-requested edits and customizations.
• Provide quality control reviews of client-built eSource and budget templates.
• Manage complex trials to ensure all data is captured appropriately.
• Modify standard templates to comply with protocol requirements.
• Complete assignments on time.
• Mentor and train current and new CRIO employees.

Study Design Specialist

Director

• Manage and develop a team of three test automation engineers, providing clear goals, regular feedback, and career growth opportunities
• Define team standards, tooling, and engineering practices for test automation
• Mentor engineers across skill levels and identify opportunities to grow the team's technical capabilities over time
• Own and drive the test automation roadmap in partnership with the VP of Engineering
• Lead the design and evolution of automation frameworks, infrastructure, and CI/CD integration across the platform
• Establish coverage standards and ensure alignment between automation investment and product risk
• Manage the relationship with an external test automation partner responsible for restructuring CRIO's automation framework
• Evaluate architectural deliverables, enforce milestone accountability, and escalate risks proactively
• Partner with application engineering teams to triage coverage gaps and align testing priorities with product risk
• Collaborate with the Director of Quality to develop and execute unified, holistic automated and manual testing strategies, reduce duplication, and ensure consistent standards across the quality function
• Contribute to engineering planning, sprint reviews, and architectural discussions as a quality advocate

Director of Software Quality

Product Designer

• Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, and analysis, translating findings into actionable design decisions
• Lead the design process from initial concept through final delivery, producing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate intent to both stakeholders and engineers.
• Apply and actively contribute to the design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency, scalability, and reusability across the product portfolio.
• Design for accessibility and champion inclusive design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented, participating in sprint ceremonies as needed.

Senior Product Designer

Manager

• Plan, schedule, and manage release windows and cycles across multiple teams and portfolios, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives
• Construct and maintain a centralized release calendar across all active projects and portfolios, providing a single source of truth for release timing and dependencies
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks and challenges that impact release scope, quality, and timelines, escalating issues proactively when needed
• Coordinate release activities across development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure synchronized, successful deployments
• Serve as the primary owner for release-related issues arising in the period following a release
• Communicate release plans, schedules, changes, and post-release outcomes clearly to all relevant stakeholders
• Maintain a clear picture of all releases needed within the quarter to support roadmap commitments
• Serve as the bridge between product and QA teams by collaborating closely with the QA Director
• Own the existence of deployment plans, implementation guides, and supporting documentation
• Participate in post-release retrospectives to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvement
• Collaborate closely with the automations team to identify and advocate for tooling, process improvements, and automation opportunities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with engineering leads, product owners, QA managers, and business stakeholders
• Validate and distribute release notes; initiate and oversee the development of technical guides and training materials for released functionality
• Maintain and manage release schedules for core services, ensuring alignment with major vendor timelines and downstream dependencies
