- Serve as a strategic leader for the HEOR and RWE strategy
- Define global HEOR and RWE strategy integrating advanced analytics, digital health
- Drive U.S. market access priorities and support optimal reimbursement
- Oversee design and delivery of real-world studies and economic models
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align evidence generation with clinical strategy
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS) in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HEOR, RWE, and market access in a global biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare research settings
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-country HEOR/RWE strategies
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful real-world studies and economic models
- Familiarity with real-world datasets and analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, STATA)
