About the role
- Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of accounting and advisory services
- Understand client needs, coordinate internal teams, and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Act as trusted advisor providing insights and solutions aligned with client objectives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Oversee quality and accuracy of work and conduct regular audits and reviews of client accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact; conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients
- Manage client accounts; coordinate with accounting, audit, and tax teams to meet expectations
- Monitor account performance and develop strategies for account growth and retention
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to design and implement client solutions; ensure timely delivery
- Identify opportunities for additional services; prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations
- Prepare regular reports on account status and analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client management, preferably within a CPA firm or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- CPA or progress towards certification is a plus
- Experience managing high-profile or complex accounts
