Backend Engineer

• At Cresta, the Voice Platform team is on a mission to transform real-time voice infrastructure and contact center automation through AI-powered backend systems. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Voice Platform team, you’ll be responsible for designing, scaling, and operating the distributed services that power Cresta’s voice ecosystem.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, distributed backend microservices in Golang (with some Python for AI-related services).
• Own and evolve voice platform integrations with large-scale enterprise communication and contact center systems.
• Drive initiatives to expand platform capabilities, including bi-directional SIP, WebRTC integrations, multilingual support, advanced transcription, and real-time translation.
• Build systems that power conversation intelligence for both remote and in-person interactions.
• Improve observability, reliability, and self-service troubleshooting across the platform.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and resilience of real-time voice pipelines running in the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ML, product, solution architects) to design end-to-end solutions for customer deployments.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to other engineers on the team.

Senior Software Engineer, Backend, Voice Platform

Technical Program Manager

• Oversee the execution and delivery of third-party integrations used across Cresta’s core AI products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, solution architecture, partnerships and customer success teams.
• Own the integration efforts for CCaaS platforms (messaging/chat, voice and email), working across real-time agent assist, conversation intelligence, and AI agent products.
• Drive end to end efforts including scoping, planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Define and coordinate API and browser extension based integrations with third-party systems, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and reliability.

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to discover and understand the prospect's situation and the challenges that they are experiencing

• Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your vast experience in helping customers improve their contact center and customer experience operations

Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a sharp, business-minded Revenue Accounting Manager to join our growing accounting team.
Oversees the process of closing and reporting revenue, accounts receivable, allowances, and deferred revenue at the end of each month to ensure that it is complete, accurate, and timely in accordance with revenue recognition policies under ASC 606.
Ensures that all revenue-related journal entries, flux analyses, and account reconciliations are reviewed promptly and in line with internal controls and team expectations while maintaining the highest level of integrity.
Conducts or reviews account analyses to identify and explain the factors contributing to variances in revenue-related accounts, documenting these explanations in comparison to previous periods.
Takes charge of the day-to-day operations of the revenue accounting team, focusing on improving processes, implementing automation, and analyzing results to support scalability.
Coordinates with business stakeholders to ensure knowledge sharing, including technical accounting for reviewing new product offerings; Partners with technical accounting and controls and systems teams to meet GAAP and controls requirements for revenue processes.
Supports change initiatives and process improvements aligned with business needs; Collaborates with controls and systems team for efficiency and automation, including reporting enhancements for order-to-cash process.
Supervises, trains, develops, and mentors accounting team members, fostering individual growth.

Revenue Accounting Manager

• Partner with Sales Directors as a business consultant and technical expert guiding discovery, design, and validation of Cresta’s AI-powered solutions.
• Connect deeply with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, technical environments, and operational challenges, and architect solutions combining LLMs, SLMs, and real-time AI assistance.
• Act as a consultative partner uncovering business objectives, technical environments, and operational challenges to map them to AI-driven solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems, including contact center infrastructure, telephony and IVR architecture, and CRM/workforce management platforms.
• Qualify and translate customer requirements into robust, scalable Cresta configurations aligned with business value and technical feasibility.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing virtual agents, real-time coaching, and analytics that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Own the technical design and delivery of proof-of-value (POV) engagements, including integrations, real-time coaching workflows, and virtual agent use cases.
• Run ROI workshops and build business case models that connect Cresta’s capabilities to quantifiable customer impact (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency, CSAT).
• Provide insights based on experience with AI technologies, contact center transformation, and customer success strategies.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering—providing feedback on platform capabilities, customer needs, and market trends.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, including LLMs, SLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), speech recognition, and contact center AI platforms.
• Deliver persuasive, tailored product demonstrations highlighting Cresta’s proprietary AI architecture and measurable ROI.
