About the role

  • Support External Marketing & Content Creation (North America)
  • Assist in creating written and visual content (website, social media, email campaigns, sales materials) for the North America market
  • Support updates to website content and basic SEO improvements
  • Help manage LinkedIn content and scheduling
  • Assist in tracking basic performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Contribute to monthly reporting preparation

  • Maintain Marketing Operations
  • Maintain and organize marketing assets and files
  • Support creation of basic design materials (presentations, flyers, templates)
  • Assist cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations) with marketing needs
  • Manage tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of relevant marketing, digital marketing, or communications experience in a B2B environment preferred
  • Strong writing and editing skills, able to turn technical or scientific topics into clear, engaging content for broad audiences
  • Proficient in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SEO/GEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword optimization
  • Experience creating and managing content for platforms like LinkedIn, websites (WordPress or CMS), email, and internal channels
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and work closely across teams such as Sales, Operations, HR, and Leadership.
