• Support External Marketing & Content Creation (North America)
• Assist in creating written and visual content (website, social media, email campaigns, sales materials) for the North America market
• Support updates to website content and basic SEO improvements
• Help manage LinkedIn content and scheduling
• Assist in tracking basic performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Contribute to monthly reporting preparation
• Assist in Campaign Execution
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns under guidance
• Help develop visuals and messaging aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate timelines and materials with internal teams
• Ensure consistency across marketing materials
• Support Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
• Assist in preparing employee communications (announcements, newsletters, presentations)
• Support company-wide messaging initiatives in North America
• Help translate business or technical topics into clear, engaging content
• Contribute to consistency between external messaging and internal communication
• Support Events & Marketing Activities
• Assist with preparation of trade shows and events (materials, logistics)
• Support content capture during events (photos/videos if applicable)
• Help promote events on digital channels
• Maintain Marketing Operations
• Maintain and organize marketing assets and files
• Support creation of basic design materials (presentations, flyers, templates)
• Assist cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Operations) with marketing needs
• Manage tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
