Field Applications Engineer – Strategic SiC Power Platforms

Mechanical Engineer

• Define and architect high-voltage gate drivers, IPM protection circuits, and integrated silicon capacitor structures.
• Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification of complex analog and mixed-signal power blocks.
• Lead the integration of passive silicon capacitors into advanced multi-chip modules and system-in-package topologies.

• Work under the direction of quality engineers and with process stakeholders, such as Operations, Quality, Sales, and Project Management, to align and draft documentation related to Product Change Notifications (PCNs) that will be delivered to our customers.
• Track and provide timely updates on the status of all open PCNs to ensure customers are promptly informed, and responses are recorded accurately to enable implementation.
