About the role

  • Own high-visibility marketing programs that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and how the market perceives CreatorIQ — while working alongside a talented team at a category-defining company.
  • Develop and manage external communications including product announcements, customer newsletters, release notes, and go-to-market messaging that keeps customers and prospects informed and engaged.
  • Create compelling content that fuels mid and bottom-funnel demand tailored to enterprise marketing buyers, including video, blog posts and articles, and short and longform downloadable assets.
  • Produce high-quality sales collateral and enablement materials that equip the revenue team to win. Develop and maintain battlecards, persona guides, and competitive intelligence that help sellers navigate complex deals and buying committees.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, customer success, marketing, and leadership to align on priorities, surface needs, and ensure marketing materials reflect the latest product capabilities and market dynamics.
  • Own your workload with strong organizational discipline — tracking projects, managing timelines, and keeping stakeholders aligned using project management tools (Asana experience a plus).
  • Leverage AI tools actively and thoughtfully to enhance content quality, accelerate output, and unlock capacity — without sacrificing the strategic thinking and human voice that great marketing requires.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the CreatorIQ platform — including its features, use cases, and value drivers — so you can speak to it credibly with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. This includes recording walkthroughs, capturing images and video clips for use in marketing materials, sales enablement, and content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology — you know how enterprise buyers think and how complex sales cycles work.
  • A strong, versatile writer who can communicate product value in all formats–from emails to articles, PDFs, and slides–while maintaining the voice of customers.
  • A skilled presenter and communicator who is comfortable and polished in front of senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and customers alike.
  • Self-directed and resourceful — you don't wait to be handed a brief. You identify gaps, ask the right questions, track down what you need, and get to work.
  • Experienced in sales enablement, including building battlecards, persona frameworks, and competitive intelligence programs that sales teams actually use.
  • Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines without dropping the ball. Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • A fluent AI practitioner — you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to research, synthesize insights, and enhance your work to move faster, and you're thoughtful about where human judgment and voice still leads.
  • A natural relationship builder who genuinely invests in the people around them. You approach cross-functional partnerships with curiosity and empathy, taking the time to understand each team's goals, pressures, and perspectives. People enjoy working with you, and that trust is what makes your work more effective.
  • Knowledgeable about enterprise SaaS marketing and the enterprise marketing buyer, including how marketing teams within large organizations evaluate, champion, and purchase technology.
  • Influencer marketing industry or software experience is a strong plus — whether you've marketed to this audience or worked within it, familiarity with the creator economy ecosystem is highly valued.
