💰 $135,000 - $165,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead global negotiation strategies and manage RFI/RFQ initiatives
  • Develop and execute Global Electromechanical Commodity Strategies
  • Serve as the electromechanical subject matter expert
  • Own and manage all supplier relationships and commercial agreements
  • Conduct supplier business reviews, assessments, and audits
  • Partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to address risks
  • Analyze and leverage electromechanical spend across multiple locations
  • Build executive-level internal and external relationships
  • Drive adherence to global supply chain policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Global Commodity Management, or Supply Chain
  • Experience supporting or working within electronics contract manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex global agreements
  • Ability to read and interpret supplier proposals, technical data sheets, drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and strong business integrity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of business and international commercial law
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Business required; advanced degree preferred.
