About the role
- Lead global negotiation strategies and manage RFI/RFQ initiatives
- Develop and execute Global Electromechanical Commodity Strategies
- Serve as the electromechanical subject matter expert
- Own and manage all supplier relationships and commercial agreements
- Conduct supplier business reviews, assessments, and audits
- Partner with manufacturing sites and suppliers to address risks
- Analyze and leverage electromechanical spend across multiple locations
- Build executive-level internal and external relationships
- Drive adherence to global supply chain policies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Global Commodity Management, or Supply Chain
- Experience supporting or working within electronics contract manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex global agreements
- Ability to read and interpret supplier proposals, technical data sheets, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ethical standards, sound professional judgment, and strong business integrity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of business and international commercial law
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Business required; advanced degree preferred.
