About the role
- This role provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year.
- Assignment Details:
- Hybrid work schedule.
- Up to 6 month assignment – Full time hours
- Hours are typical 8-5 M-F
- Possible overtime hours required.
- This role involves spreadsheet work using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting quoting team on creating proposals
- Documenting customer information into our systems
- Recording data by filing and scanning
- Directing calls or respond to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Working on projects as assigned
- 2 or more years administrative experience in a professional environment
- Health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
