About the role
- Cranial Technologies is the only company dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly; leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses.
- Engage with provider offices and families by supporting follow-up on referrals and retrieving referral information.
- Assist with territory coverage, preparing and delivering provider packages with personalized notes, reports, and marketing materials.
- Partner with Clinical Sales Representatives to book and confirm in-services, identify strong case outcomes, and attend trade shows.
- Analyze referral and territory reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records by linking providers to practices and flagging inactive accounts.
- Shadow high-performing sales team members to learn sales techniques and professional skills.
- Flexible, hybrid internship with both remote work and in-person field territory experience in Orange County, CA.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or higher-level degree program (High School Diploma required).
- Able to commit up to 20 hours per week, including some in-person weekdays between 8AM – 5PM. We are open to working with your schedule!
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from start date.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employer cannot sponsor visas.
