Cranial Technologies is the only company dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly; leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses.
Engage with provider offices and families by supporting follow-up on referrals and retrieving referral information.
Assist with territory coverage, preparing and delivering provider packages with personalized notes, reports, and marketing materials.
Partner with Clinical Sales Representatives to book and confirm in-services, identify strong case outcomes, and attend trade shows.
Analyze referral and territory reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records by linking providers to practices and flagging inactive accounts.
Shadow high-performing sales team members to learn sales techniques and professional skills.
Flexible, hybrid internship with both remote work and in-person field territory experience in Orange County, CA.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or higher-level degree program (High School Diploma required).
Able to commit up to 20 hours per week, including some in-person weekdays between 8AM – 5PM. We are open to working with your schedule!
Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from start date.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Reliable transportation required.
