• Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company growth goals, from concept through performance analysis.
• Write blog posts, articles, email campaigns, social media copy, and lead magnets that drive organic traffic and position CRAFTSMAN+ as a thought leader in ad tech and creative technology.
• Develop case studies, one-pagers, pitch collateral, and campaign materials that help close deals and generate new leads.
• Build and manage nurture sequences end-to-end — writing the copy, segmenting audiences, scheduling sends, and analyzing results.
• Manage and maintain the company website — updating content, improving SEO, and ensuring everything stays current and on-brand.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Identify insights, spot opportunities, and recommend what to double down on (or cut).

• Design and implement functional, beautiful, and scalable interfaces to help enable our customers to realize our product's full value.
• Continuously collaborate with product managers and engineers—from discovery to delivery.
• Envision the future of the product through north star thinking and prototyping ideas that close the gap between ‘what is’ and ‘what could be.’
• Evaluate your ideas by testing your solutions with real users and customers throughout the process.
• Advocate for our users and challenge yourself and others to think more holistically about the whole customer journey beyond the product.
• Play a key role in helping to scale our product, design system, team, and processes.
