About the role
- Work with clients to understand contact center requirements and operational goals
- Translate business needs into Zoom Contact Center configurations
- Configure queues, routing logic, IVRs, and agent workflows in Zoom CX
- Advise clients on best practices for agent experience and CX operations
- Support user onboarding, training, and adoption activities
- Participate in go live planning and post launch support
- Collaborate with platform engineers on integrations and advanced configurations
- Document requirements, configurations, and process changes
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience working with Zoom Contact Center or Zoom Phone in a CX context
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and agent workflows
- Experience working in a client facing or consulting role
- Ability to translate business requirements into platform configurations
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with US based clients in a remote environment
- English proficiency required.
