About the role

  • The Senior Oracle EPM ARCS & FCCS Technical Consultant is responsible for hands-on technical delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Partners closely with functional consultants and finance users to ensure reliable, performant, and audit-ready close and reconciliation processes.
  • Perform hands-on configuration and build of ARCS and FCCS solutions.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and configurations.
  • Configure and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata.
  • Build and support data loads, mappings, and validations.
  • Support multiple environments including DEV, TEST, and PROD.
  • Act as a reliable technical partner to functional leads.
  • Troubleshoot reconciliation, matching, and performance issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Oracle EPM technical experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS and FCCS
  • Hands-on experience with EPM Data Integration / FDMEE
  • Solid understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience integrating EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud or on-prem ERP systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to functional and finance users
  • Experience designing and developing highly scalable and secure Applications and Products
  • BS in computer science or equivalent technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications on Azure or similar cloud platform.
