About the role

  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and contact prospective veterinary practices
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-potential leads
  • Overcome objections and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Deliver compelling, value-based pitches and product demonstrations
  • Track key performance indicators including outbound activity volume and lead conversion rates
  • Drive top-of-funnel performance by converting prospects into pipeline opportunities
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene
  • Travel up to 75% to meet prospects and showcase solutions
  • Build trust with decision-makers through relationship-first selling
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement to enhance hunting efforts
  • Actively participate in training and coaching sessions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and exceeding activity and pipeline targets
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong resilience, adaptability, and a relentless hunter mentality
  • Ability to travel up to 75% for prospect meetings, industry events, and on-site engagements
