About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage their accounts day‑to‑day.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Studio, Commercial, Planning, Materials, Production, Technical, and Despatch.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, trackers and internal folders.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to support order processing and issue resolution.
- Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
- Attend internal meetings as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Highly organized and customer-focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong IT skills — particularly in Excel, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to support the team with holiday, sickness and reception cover, including occasional Saturday mornings on a rota.
