About the role

  • Build and own senior-level relationships across your accounts.
  • Map the organization to understand decision-makers, influencers, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Lead renewal and expansion motions in partnership with Customer Success and Sales leadership.
  • Identify new use cases, markets, and teams to drive multi-team, multi-market adoption.
  • Help champions position Conveo internally by crafting compelling ROI, impact stories, and value narratives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Account Management, Consulting, Market Research or similar roles
  • Excellent communication skills: active listener, clear writer, strong at framing trade‑offs and influencing decisions
  • High energy, sense of ownership, and bias to action.
  • Comfortable working with AI‑driven products and translating technical concepts into simple narratives for non‑technical stakeholders.
