About the role
- Lead the planning and coordination for corporate service days (in-person, virtual, and remote volunteer events)
- Track and execute all recognition activity for assigned corporate partners in alignment with stewardship processes
- Support corporate partner relationship management and day to day communications
- Work closely with the volunteer department to ensure appropriate record keeping of corporate volunteers and projects
- Support the creation of marketing and communication materials for external partners including pitch decks, social media, website, and internal site communication
- Actively participate as a member of the Development team by attending and contributing to staff initiatives and events, including volunteer activities, Sleep Out events, and other team engagements
- Review data and prepare reports for corporate matching gifts/employer giving
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of project management and administrative experience
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite apps
- Knowledge of Canva, Asana and EveryAction
