Account Manager

• Lead the planning and coordination for corporate service days (in-person, virtual, and remote volunteer events)
• Track and execute all recognition activity for assigned corporate partners in alignment with stewardship processes
• Support corporate partner relationship management and day to day communications
• Work closely with the volunteer department to ensure appropriate record keeping of corporate volunteers and projects
• Support the creation of marketing and communication materials for external partners including pitch decks, social media, website, and internal site communication
• Actively participate as a member of the Development team by attending and contributing to staff initiatives and events, including volunteer activities, Sleep Out events, and other team engagements
• Review data and prepare reports for corporate matching gifts/employer giving
