• Lead Covenant House’s ERP implementation to bridge Finance, Operations, Development, and IT
• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator, managing configuration, customization, user access, and workflows
• Partner closely with the Finance and Accounting team to support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with IT to lead end-to-end technology projects and system migrations
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs and evaluate emerging technologies.
