About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support administration and optimization of the case management database system
- Troubleshoot issues and develop standardized data collection practices
- Assist with day-to-day maintenance of the database system
- Serve as primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking Latin American sites on ETO
- Facilitate bilingual technical assistance and training to site staff in Latin America
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience providing database user support
- Familiarity with ETO or another case management or homelessness services database system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset
