About the role

  • Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to create high-quality pipeline for the Sales organization
  • Engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to uncover pain, priorities, and fit
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion
  • Collaborate closely with Sales on territory planning and pipeline development strategy
  • Execute high-volume outreach through phone, email, social, and other digital channels
  • Maintain accurate activity notes, lead status updates, and data hygiene in Salesforce
  • Consistently deliver on monthly KPIs across meetings booked, qualified leads, and opportunity conversion
  • Stay sharp on Coupa’s value proposition, product capabilities, and competitive differentiators
  • Support virtual and occasional in-person events as needed to drive engagement and pipeline

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in software sales, inside sales, or BDR/SDR roles
  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualification
  • Comfortable communicating with senior executives at mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills
  • Proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver measurable results
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required
