About the role
- Qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects to create high-quality pipeline for the Sales organization
- Engage C-level, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to uncover pain, priorities, and fit
- Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns to increase lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Collaborate closely with Sales on territory planning and pipeline development strategy
- Execute high-volume outreach through phone, email, social, and other digital channels
- Maintain accurate activity notes, lead status updates, and data hygiene in Salesforce
- Consistently deliver on monthly KPIs across meetings booked, qualified leads, and opportunity conversion
- Stay sharp on Coupa’s value proposition, product capabilities, and competitive differentiators
- Support virtual and occasional in-person events as needed to drive engagement and pipeline
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in software sales, inside sales, or BDR/SDR roles
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualification
- Comfortable communicating with senior executives at mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to exceed KPIs and deliver measurable results
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree required
