About the role

  • Leverage Workato to assist with architecture and implement sophisticated, high-impact low-code automation solutions, with a strong focus on utilizing native connectors.
  • Build robust, end-to-end integration workflows across our GTM technology stack (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Order) to harmonize customer data.
  • Define and implement reusable integration frameworks and extend existing governance models to ensure architectural consistency across business units.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design integration architectures that effectively support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  • Implement sophisticated, proactive error-handling, alerting, and monitoring systems to preemptively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Maintain high-quality technical specifications and architectural diagrams using Confluence and Jira.
  • Oversee Workato Workspace administration, including the establishment and maintenance of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure a clear and appropriate separation of duties.

Requirements

  • A minimum of **5 years** of professional experience in integration engineering or middleware development.
  • **Deep Workato Development Expertise:** A proven track record of managing Workato environments, optimizing task usage, and building complex automation recipes.
  • **API Mastery:** Expert fluency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats, Webhooks, and modern authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
  • **SaaS Ecosystem Knowledge:** Hands-on experience integrating major enterprise systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Zuora, and Jira.
  • **Methodologies:** Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices for integrations.
  • Open to learn, a go getter, self motivated and work focused.
