About the role
- Collaborate with our Customers, Partners and internal Product Management teams to implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
- Lead technical integration workstreams, managing customer expectations and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Design integration strategies across multi-ERP environments, leveraging RESTful APIs, flat-file methods, and secure transfer protocols.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer architecture teams and senior stakeholders, guiding technical discussions and decisions.
- Mentor and guide integration engineers on implementation best practices and solution configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, building robust infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with large-scale ERP integrations (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Netsuite) and middleware platforms (Boomi, Talend, TIBCO, etc.).
- Strong domain knowledge in Finance and Procurement processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, AP, Expenses); supply chain planning experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with modern integration protocols and technologies (REST, SOAP, sFTP, SSO), as well as scripting and programming (Python, Ruby, Java, .NET).
- Experience with external supplier system integrations (EDI, cXML) and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills to align stakeholders and drive technical delivery across teams.
